Dr. Hassan Sahouani will present the history, challenges and successes of the cultivation of wine and table grapes in Minnesota.  Along with his wife, Dawn, he founded Hawk Meadow Winery in Denmark Township, at the southernmost tip of Washington County.  As well as a vineyard owner, Dr. Sahouani is a scientist, attorney and an elected supervisor on the Denmark Town Board.
