TRAIL CONSTRUCTION AND CLOSURES

During the month of August, our North Loop and Self Guided Trail will be under construction.

Portions of the trails will be temporarily closed, but other sections will still be accessible.

Please be mindful of the closures while you are hiking, and do not enter construction areas.

Injured, sick, or orphaned wildlife?

Carpenter Nature Center is NOT a rehabilitation facility, but we appreciate your concern for wildlife and want to connect you with resources that can help.

PLEASE CONTACT A PROFESSIONAL FOR INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO APPROACHING OR HANDLING WILDLIFE.

For injured birds of prey, please contact The Raptor Center at the University of Minnesota 612-624-4745.

For all other wildlife, please contact the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center 651-486-9453.
