Although students will likely not be able to participate in field trips with their schools this autumn, we are making our usual school group programming available for the public to attend on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays this fall.
These programs are designed to address graduation standards, support classroom or distance learning, and are a fun opportunity to get outdoors and enjoy nature. Majority of programming is outdoors and is weather dependent.
Each class is about 1 hour long. This class is recommended for students in grades 4 – 6.
In this class we will learn about what the water all around can tell us about the health of our environment. We’ll catch some critters in the wetland, and use some very cool scientific tools.
The cost for these programs will be $5 per person.
Reservations are required to keep group sizes small. Scholarships available!
